John Griffin, MBA
John is a founding partner with the John Maxwell Team and serves as President of the President’s Advisory Council. John lives out his mission through speaking, training and working with individuals and groups. He is an international coach and trainer for the John Maxwell Company delivering executive and group coaching as well as corporate workshops.
He is also an adjunct professor at Concordia University Texas, teaching “Leadership Theory and Practice.”
John spent 17 years working in various roles with IBM and Dell. In 1999, John and his wife, Antoinette, started Texas Seniors’ Guides publishing resources for seniors and their caregivers throughout Texas.
John hosts events and workshops for business owners and growth-minded individuals. Each May, he hosts Leadercast (www.LeadercastAustin.com) which is attended by hundreds of business leaders in the Austin area.
John empowers his clients to maximize their relationships, results, and revenue.
Antoinette is a certified trainer, speaker and coach, specializing in the areas of confidence, communication and connection, networking, team building, and professional and personal growth. She conducts workshops and is a motivational speaker throughout the nation.
Antoinette possesses over twenty years of experience working in both public and private sectors, and sixteen years of experience as Founder and President of Texas Seniors’ Guides, Inc. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management at The University of Texas.
Antoinette teaches continuing education classes at the University of Texas for adults who desire to increase their confidence, communication and charisma in business and personal settings. She regularly leads mastermind groups for women in business who desire to catapult their professional and personal growth.
Antoinette helps her clients develop and exhibit confidence and charisma to excel in social and business communication, customer service, sales, and goal achievement.
