We start by inviting you to a no-obligation, complimentary coaching conversation. The purpose of this conversation is not only to better understand your interest and goals in being coached, but for you to learn our coaching style and for us to determine if we are a good match for each other. An initial complimentary conversation is crucial to determine if you feel comfortable working with us. You must be able to trust your coach in order to get real, get to the root of your challenges, and be committed to take responsibility for your actions. Just as you do not hire every expert you encounter, we in turn, do not take on every willing prospect we encounter. Therefore, a conversation is crucial for us to determine if you are an ideal coaching client. Who is an ideal coaching client for us? One who is committed to making the changes needed to get the results they want, and who does well with accountability and taking responsibility for their actions.

What can I expect from working with you as a coach?

After our initial consultation, we determine which behavior and communication assessments would best serve you regarding your self-awareness and growth. We then set a foundation meeting to learn more about you, which helps us come alongside you to develop a coaching plan that includes scope and frequency. Subsequent meetings are all about helping you get results by addressing challenges, and then chunking down your goal into doable action steps. We hold you accountable in between sessions to keep communication flowing, offer support, and help you take action to get the results you desire.

How can I be assured that your keynote presentation or training will serve our organization?

We begin with a discovery call to learn about your goals and your definition of success as a result of the keynote, workshop or training. We only accept those requests for which we have the skillset and the capacity to deliver. The content of our keynotes and trainings are customized for the needs of each client, therefore, you can be assured that we will deliver with excellence. Merely meeting your expectations is not sufficient; rather, exceeding your expectations is what we strive to do.

Do you offer virtual coaching, keynotes and training?

All of our services can be provided in a virtual setting. We have provided coaching, speaking and training services both in-person and virtually for years. We easily adapt to our clients’ preferences regarding in-person or virtual.
