John Griffin, MBA
John is the Director of Global Programs with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation and serves as International President of the Maxwell Leadership Team’s President’s Advisory Council. John lives out his mission through speaking, training and working with individuals and groups.
He also served as adjunct professor at Concordia University Texas, teaching “Leadership Theory and Practice.”
John spent 17 years working in various roles with IBM and Dell, and has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years.
John empowers his clients to maximize their relationships, results, and revenue.
Antoinette Griffin
Antoinette is a Maxwell Leadership certified coach, trainer, speaker, and human behavior consultant. She coaches executives, leaders and entrepreneurs to reach their full potential professionally and personally. She specializes in the areas of introversion, confidence, communication, conflict management and team building. She is a keynote speaker and workshop presenter who provides her clients with practical ideas and steps to implement for amazing results.
Antoinette possesses experience working in both public and private sectors, and over two decades as an entrepreneur. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management at The University of Texas.
Antoinette teaches professional education classes at the University of Texas for introverted business professionals who desire to improve their leadership, communication and charisma in business and personal settings. She regularly leads mastermind groups for women in business who desire to catapult their professional and personal growth.
